To provide transparency and maintain a smooth experience for all parties, we’ve outlined our cancellation and booking amendment policy as follows:

1. Reservation and Payment Terms
A confirmation receipt will be provided upon booking a transfer service.
Payment in full is required at the time of reservation, regardless of whether the service is for a one-way or round trip

2. Cancellation Guidelines

For One-Way and Round Trips:

  • Cancellations must be requested no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the full booking fee will be non-refundable.

For Hourly and Daily Hire Services:

  • After the booking confirmation is issued, clients are obligated to pay for the entire reserved duration.
  • Any cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a full charge.

3. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to show up for the arranged transfer without prior notice, the booking will be charged in full.

4. Booking Changes
Any changes to bookings (such as time or pickup location) must be requested at least 24 hours before the service is due.
Such changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
